Terms and Conditions
This agreement is made and entered into this ____ day of _______, 20___ by and between
TransportME LLC, located at 5014 W Round Prairie Ave, Williston, ND 58801,
and __________________, an individual residing at ___________________,
in consideration of TransportME arranging transportation on my behalf for my child/children
to be conveyed to and/or from school by means of a bus transport system provided by TransportME Bus Services.
General Terms
- Parents are responsible for reading and letting their child know the bus rules, terms, and conditions of bus service.
- The cost of any damage to our property caused by a rider is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian.
- No food or beverages on the bus except water (unless required due to a medical condition). A $20 cleaning fee will be applied for each time your child is caught eating on the bus.
- No-show babysitter/caretaker: Parents must ensure supervision for children at the drop-off location. If no caretaker is available or the child cannot enter the residence, a $10.00 fee will be added for a second drop-off.
- Rates are based on group transportation, not taxi or limo fares.
- Drive times may vary depending on location and traffic, especially during 6:30 AM–8:30 AM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Rates & Payment Terms
- Rate per month: $150.00 per child (fixed monthly fee regardless of school days or attendance).
- All fees are prepaid and non-refundable. Payments are processed electronically (3% processing fee applies).
- Late payments incur a $5.00 per day fee (per child) until payment is received.
- Invoices are sent electronically via email. Full prepayment must be made by the due date on the invoice.
- TransportME does not provide refunds or credits for absences, cancellations, holidays, school breaks, sick days, expulsions, or suspensions.
Pickup & Drop-off Policy
- Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate (+/- 15 minutes) depending on weather and traffic conditions.
- Changes in drop-off location must be requested via email, text, or phone at least 4 hours before boarding.
- Notifications for non-transport days must be made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled pick-up. Failure to notify will result in a $10.00 service charge.

- If TransportME fails to pick up a child due to an emergency, a credit will be applied on the next statement.
- Please have the rider ready and waiting outside. Maximum wait time at each stop is 2 minutes.
Additional Policies
- Children may be moved between buses to accommodate scheduling changes.
- TransportME is not liable for lost or stolen items but will make efforts to return found items.
- TransportME is not liable for the health, safety, or welfare of your child once dropped off at the agreed destination.
- Guest riders are not allowed. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50.00 fee per rider.
- TransportME reserves the right to cancel this agreement without notice due to disciplinary issues.
Payment Terms and Charges
- Prepayment Required: All billing is electronic or by mail. Full prepayment must be received before service begins.
- Rate per Month: $100.00 per child (flat rate regardless of school days).
- Late Fee: $5.00 per day per child until payment is made.
- No-Show Babysitter/Caretaker: If a driver must wait, reroute, or make a second drop-off due to no supervision, a $25.00 surcharge applies.
Cleaning Fees
- No charge for the first incident (accident or illness). Subsequent incidents incur a $10 cleaning fee.
- Eating on the bus will result in a $20 cleaning fee.
Your request will only be processed and your child’s place reserved upon submission of a completed, signed agreement.
